Hi ladies. Here are the instructions for this week's MOPS Arts & Crafts Project. Have fun!

Super Fudge Brownies Gift Jars

*Use a 24-26 oz spaghetti sauce jar for this project.

Start with sugar, and then add cocoa. Press down with a spoon (don’t tap the jar or the cocoa will settle and make the sugar look dirty.) Add flour and pecans, press again. Then add chocolate chips. Use crinkled plastic wrap to fill any empty space at the top of the jar so that the mix doesn’t get shifty.

Jar from the bottom up:
1 cup sugar
½ cup cocoa
½ cup flour
½ cup pecans
½ cup choc chips
Then some crinkled plastic wrap

Use pinking sheers to cut a circle out of holiday fabric and secure to the lid with a rubber band. Print and cut out jar tag instructions. Put a hole in the tag and tie it to the jar with a festive ribbon.

Super Fudge Brownies

In a mixing bowl, cream 1/2 cup of softened butter. Add 2 eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Add brownie mix and mix until smooth. Spread mix in a greased 8x8 inch pan. Bake 325˚ F 25-30 min or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Makes 9 servings.
